Some Easy Hills and Basic Run Comparison

Today I ran my hill run and increased the time of the exercise to 40 minutes. I did five 90 seconds long spurts and with the warm up and cool down I was 55 minutes on the route of 5 kilometers. Nice that the landscape changes when the distance increases.

Last week and today was again easier and I felt proceeding in my running pace. I think I rest more so it affected immediately to the heart rate and speed. Here are few of my basic 30 minutes running exercises (about 45 minutes with walkings):

BTW. The new Adidas sneakers feels perfect. At least, I haven't realised during the exercises that shoes are different so I think there is nothing that bothers me with the new pair!
